PALIVVER debuted in Violet Vandereau's 'Satyre' [1948-96] + was actually created by the authour's young assistant, Casey Horace. He is a very sleazy salesman + due a twisted scientific experiment, a fusing of 4 different dogs

Horace spun him off into 'Palivver' [1995-8], which has been rerun as 'Ovverkil' [the general idea is to get Vandereau's initials into as many words as possible]. Palivver's supporting cast included so many other dogs, it would take a separate site to list them all!
