ZEN 24/7

Here's a picture I took 30 years ago in Tacoma, WA. The picture was black & white. I've colored it to represent the events that took place in Tacoma in July 2003. It's a story of a corrupt city manager appointing a psychotic to be police chief who ends up murdering his wife and blowing off his own head. Not pretty.
