- Web development
- Developed interactive forms using Active Server Pages (ASP), VBScript, and JavaScript (Customer Service Direct). Developed a complex website with image maps, mouse-overs, PDFs, GIFs, and JPGs. Developed navigation, files structure, organized and attached all links. Wrote content on the main pages of the site. Added features making the site compliant with American with Disabilities Act (ADA).

years of technical writing experience. Wrote and published technical manuals,
brochures, newsletters, and booklets. Content included benefits information on
eligibility, insurance, flexible benefits, deferred compensation, and
retirement programs.-

conducting legislative, legal, and policy research. Drafted recycling
legislation. Developed and implemented administrative policies and legal
