About Me

I don't profess to be an expert on the CT-70, or of motorcycles in general. I own two Honda CT-70s, both of which were non functional when I aquired them, and both of which needed major engine re-builds to make them run again. In fact, one of them needed the "kick starter spindle shaft" replaced, so I learned quite a bit when I split the transmission case. I used that knowledge to buy a second bike, and am currently re-building it, before starting to restore it.

I've decided to place this website on "Geocities" for a number of reasons.

		They are very reliable, and nearly always "up".
		They don't change your "HTML code" to add advertising.
		Their "pop up" windows are always "family friendly".
		They store and serve all your pages for "FREE".

Pop-Up Windows...

Their "pop-up" windows are a concern to some people, as they are to me. I recognize that if it were not for these small "advertisements" which Geocities serves out with every page visited, I would not be able to afford to host a site this big (and popular). This would impact you the interested Honda enthusiast. Please remember that ALL "free web hosting sites" use this type of advertisement to generate revenues.

My Recommendation...

It is my recommendation that you take the time to look at these advertisements, and make a personal judgement about using any products they present to you in this manner. I sincerely hope that they serve Geocities well, and help Geocities to continue to prosper.

There are a couple of things that you can do...

When browsing a large site like this one, which holds a lot of pages that may interest you (and serve "pop-up" windows), simply "click" somewhere on the window of interest. Do NOT close the "pop-up" window. If you close the "pop-up"window, a new one will be sent to you with the next page you load, and it will return to the front of your screen. If you click the main window, the "pop-up" will be sent to the rear of your screen, and Geocities may send you other "pop-up's", but they will NOT come to the front of your screen, and you should not need to deal with them, until you decide to leave the Geocities server, or close your browser.

Launch Date:

The official "Launch Date of this web site is August 1^st, 1999. The counters will NOT be active before that date. At that time, I'll make an attempt to publicize it, via a number of search engines, and selected newsgroups.
