But no, for me life does not begin from the earth, or the womb, for me life begins in this glass petry dish. So what then for me when I die? Shall I return to the petry dish. Cloning is unatural and nothing less than: a new way to overpopulate the world, and a way for the government to replace us.
This cloning starts with Dolly the sheep. Indeed, and this process will always produce sheep, because when they learn how to utilize this process fully, they can find ways to change the way we think, who we are, what we do. We will be programmed, we will be sheep. And if we are not good, they will have us replaced with us, only an "upgraded model."
If they do learn how to clone people will this be just another corporate craze? Will they sell clones to do your job, clean the house, take care of the kids? Will they have different models like cars? It will become another mass production assembly line field, but their is only one difference, clones must eat. And so they eat, and we eat, and then the food is gone. We go to grow more, but now we have built bigger cities to accomodate this new excess populace and we now have nowhere to grow food.
But what of the advantages of this new cloning? We could use the clones as nothing more than organ donors for "real people." This is sciences sick and twisted medical excuse for cloning. These people do not care if the clone itself lives at all.
It has become quite clear to me that genetic engineering must be stopped, because it can only serve the purpose of restraining peoples freedom, whether it be: by crowding us out through overpopulation, replacing us with mindless clones, or using clones as nothing more than vegetable organ donors. It can not continue.
