You do not have to eat a lot of meat and cheese to have delicious flavorful meals. Included here are some  favorite recipes and I hope to continue to add more with the seasons.  Most are meat and dairy free.  The "Creamy" recipes are dairy-free, I use soy products instead of dairy. Soy milk is a great alternative to dairy milk, and there are soy alternatives to sour cream and cream cheese.

I use a lot of fresh herbs to add lots of delicious low calorie, low fat flavor. Luckily, for much of the year I can get herbs from the garden. But fresh herbs have been making their way to our supermarkets more and more, so add them all year long and don't skimp!

These are recipes for people who like to cook and to eat. They usually involve a fair amount of chopping, but the actual cooking goes fairly fast. I hope you enjoy them.
