The cards dealt me a wretched hand
With no choice I had to play,
A cautious move as I carry on,
I bear the burden of the game.

The game continues to go on and on
As I pick up the pieces of life,
The cloud that is left over from the storm
Recall the hand from time to time.

My destiny, that is ahead of me,
The courage of my loved ones is so strong,
The strength to continue is for my family
Who need me to carry on.

Playing the hand with life's ups and downs
Differs from day to day,
The love and support from those who count
Allow me to be myself.
