Once, I slept in your heart
And was sheltered by your soul
Your eyes were the home I'd never part
But the winds they change, and the rain does fall
I was yours and you were mine
Once upon a time
Fairy tale ends, you draw the line
Commiting murder, denying your crime.
And now...
I can't live here anymore
I can't breathe here anymore
If I can't touch you anymore
If I can't love you anymore.
I'll plant my seeds on foreign ground
I'll start over in a place I don't belong
I'll declare you lost and nowhere to be found
I'll stop myself crying, I'm determined to be strong.
Sun goes down, you're all alone
You fear the night, I know you do
Well, don't be scared you're made of stone
You lack emotion and you know it's true.
Once upon a time
I might have cared
Once upon a time
I would have dared
But now...
I won't live here anymore
I won't breathe here anymore
I can't touch you anymore
I can't love you anymore.
