Menu for Thursday:
For Breakfast I had a glass of water and some unsalted peanuts. For lunch it was
a turkey hot dog with mustard, pretzel sticks and a diet coke. For supper I microwaved half of a box of chicken nuggets, but removed all of the breading. I also only had fried okra and a cup of coffee..no sugar. Later I had a bowl of lite icecream with strawberry syrup. (counts as a fruit) So far I'm having no trouble sticking to my diet although I'm having cravings for flour and sausage.
