Whenever I thought of owning my own business, I liked the idea of operating a bookstore. I've had a love affair with books since I was very small. A high point of my life was when I had access to the "stacks" of a large library that were closed to the public.
Yes, my very own bookstore stocked with hundreds of books. I could visualize sitting at the cash register reading a good book while customers strolled up and down the aisles. Then, I realized what was wrong with this picture. I don't like to be interrupted when I'm reading. I wouldn't want to put the book down long enough to take the customer's order and ring up the sale.
Thus, I was pleased to learn of the Amazon com Associates program. I can now fulfill an ambition and open my cyber book store for business. Please feel free to browse around. Check out the recommended reads, current releases and the reviews.
