In special relativity the concept of simultanaeity is lost. The future is that part of space/time which is within the forward moving lightcone. Ie. all those events which could be causally affected by "here/now". The past is that part of space/time within the backward moving lightcone. Ie. All those events which could have causally affected the here and now. All those points in space/time which are too far away to causally affect or be affected by the here and now are in the "Elsewhen".
