Spelling Confirmation

When the user typed a word that the active dictionary (dictionaries) do not recognize, the confirmation dialog box will be shown, as above.

1. The line the suspicious word is located on.
2. The message tells the user which word was not recognized.
3. If the user thinks the word in question is right, he/she can press GLOBAL DICTIONARY to add this entry. The example above shows
that the button is not available means that the user did not check Global Conditional Dictionary under the Tools menu. When the Global
Conditional Dictionary was not being used, the word in question was not checked in the Global Conditional Dictionary. To enable the
button, Global Conditional Dictionary must be checked under the Tools menu.
4. USER DICTIONARY is available under two conditions:
    a. This is the first time the user logs in. This condition guarantees the user has a chance to add the entry to his/her own dictionary even if
the User Conditional Dictionary under Tools is not available because there is just not one yet. This condition does not violate the rule
GLOBAL CONDITIONAL DICTIONARY button follows by which it is only available when the Global Conditional Dictionary is
checked. GLOBAL CONDITIONAL DICTIONARY button has to follow this rule because it has to make sure no words will be
added without checking its existence first. On the side of USER DICTIONARY, there is not the possibility of existence.
    b. A logon user has added at least an entry, logs in next time, and checked the User Conditional Dictionary. Note that this "next time"
means the time after the first entry has added to the dictionary.
5. To agree to the word typed, and not willing to add this to any dictionary, the user can press Ignore All. Thereafter for the same page, the
    word will be considered correct.
6. This is only available when the Spell Checker on the Learning Tools toolbar was pressed. This is useful when an existing file is opened,
the user hits the Spell Checker and wants to stop it for some reasons.
7. Edit box for the user to change the word to.
8. Write 'n Learn will generate a list of suggested words if any.
9. Pressing this will take the user back to the word in question without making any change.
10. After selecting a suggested word or typing own word, pressing Change will change the word in question to the one in the edit text box.
11. This is available only the user is a logged in. The following picture will explain what it means.

1. Warning message: Different message will be displayed according to the number of times you have made the same error. The example
above says that the word "fourty" was typed before.
2. This list shows all the modifications you have made to the word in question. The example says that last time the user changed the word
    "fourty" to "four".
3. This kind of modification has been made one time, and
4. the last time time was on 11/15/01
