LOSING WEIGHT AND STAYING HEALTHY Proceed at sunset on any night of the waning moon You will need: 1 yellow candle with a holder rose petals from a white or silver rose lavender oil 3-5 small garnets a palm size carnelian or turquoise stone a small jar with a lid or a resalable plastic bag(gie) picture of yourself healthy. 1) Charge the candle with your desired goal and place in holder. As you light the candle, visualize yourself passing on second helpings, passing on snacks, smaller portions on your plate, and looking healthy and physically fit. 2) Charge the rose petals, oil, all stones. 3) Sprinkle petals around the base of the candle holder, again visualizing your desired self. 4) Place the charged garnets and a few drops of the charged oil into the jar/bag, Continue your visualization. 5) Pick up the petals and also place them in the bag, saying, "By this jar/bag of powered oil, petals, and stones, bring me the courage and help me to achieve my goal: not to eat or snack as much, and to become healthier!" 6) Visualize yourself becoming more physically fit and moving the weight on the scale to the left. 7) Rub the carnelian/turquoise stone on the picture of yourself. 8) Now rub the stone on yourself, visualizing yourself becoming the you in the picture, saying, " In no way will this spell cause me to suffer any adverse affects. So mote it be!" 9) Let the candle burn for about an hour longer, the snuff it out and put it away. Take it out an burn it any time you need some extra support. 10) Pin the picture up in the kitchen for "positive re-enforcement". 11) Carry the sealed jar/bag with you, and sniff the contents before meals. Carry the carnelian/turquoise stone and rub it in the palm of your hand to avoid snacking. |
