This is the second Loop Troop Wax Cabinet demo.
The price is only 60 swedish kronor, so that may be noted in the grade.
Loop Troop have been arround for a long time now in swedish underground.
Have performed several times at swedish hip hop jams.
Always been representing Västerås, with their forward lyrics.
This LP is no exception, already on the first song "Flyers" Cosmic
sings about todays hip hop culture contra the old school.
"Come down to Westaroze to see the 360´s
rockin turntables and the microphones all togheter
can we do this in TV shows on sundays. NEVER"
In between all the songs you get a chance to rock the mic yourself
as the Loop Troop gives you the songs beats.
The second song in this LP is called Chameleons, that shows
how some people has misunderstood the meaning of hip hop.
The song "Illegal Commercials" Promoe and Cosmic tells the whole world
about the graffiti culture.
"What´s the basic differnce between rap and commercials
Commercial motherfuckers got more cash than they purchase
other than that of course graffiti looks a lot better
a lot of them can´t even make nice letters".
The song ends with a list of shoutouts to famous swedish writers.
Loop Troop got lot´s of quality but not so much quantity
I personally after hearing this LP wanted more.
But I guess all you can do is wait for theese guys getting
togheter for an new one.
