Returns the integer created from length bits of number beginning from start.
See also BitMaskClear and BitMaskSet.
BitMaskRead(number, start, length)
Long integer to be masked.
Integer specifying the starting bit for reading.
Integer specifying the length of mask.
Parameters start and length must be in the range from 0 to 31.
Bit functions operate on 32-bit integers.
