Do you Ever Wonder?

What this Earth would be
If everything was pretty
No Pain no Hurt no Agony
Would we learn our Lessons?
Or Simply be adrift?
Would we all be Happy?
Would we be gratefull for that Gift?
I think "no" and do you know why?
I tell you this Because we already have what we so seek.
We have each other and we have Peace
Maby not all day and every night
But we are alive and we can breath
We are not machienes, we are Human's
And with that comes woe and pain
For if we were machienes running so smoothly
Would our life be then in Vain?
I am not perfect, nor are you
But I have to tell you this
I would not trade the pain or hurt
To be who I am today
You are Crazy I hear you say....
Perhaps I am but look at this
If we were all the same and we had no pain
Would we not be dead?
Would we not then crave what we do not have?
Of course we would because we are human
No matter what we have
we trie to change it, rearange it
Make it to what we think we need
When in essence what we have is right before us
But we are to busy to see
