Red Herring are now housed in a large Victorian factory building at 80 Stoneham Rd, Hove.
We lease the building at a market rent from the commercial sector. We share the building with another artists' studio group 'Maze' with whom we have had a close relationship for many years. Maze occupies the entire top floor at Stoneham Road.

For the first time Red Herring has a sense of security of tenure, Stoneham Road is the first building that we have a reasonably long lease on (5 Years). Without the immanent spectre of moving studios, the benefits of this security are very evident in the quality, ambition and scope of the work being done in the studios. We are now over half way through our lease.
