Service: It took two steps and seconds in the restaurant for
the grumpy face of the "manager" to slice us to small pieces. Indeed we
were only 8 people instead of 10 as we ordered (we did not notify them
about the two who couldn't come), but it is not to justify the attitude
we got from that moment.
Before we came they put some tables together for 10 people. There were
obviously two empty chairs that made a gap and inconvenient for those who
set aside. It was only two plates and a table to take out to make us convenient,
but they decided to punish us so they refused to do this for us saying
they will not make noise to the other guests. We asked politely again and
got refused again. Then a new group came in to the restaurant. They did
not like the way the tables were arranged so the restaurant employees gave
it a total different shape in few seconds. Can you imagine? not a two seats
table but several tables and the task could be done easily. We asked the
waitress again and apart from hitting
Well, you get my point about the service.. Then I got my "Sea fruit spaghetti". If you like clams right from the rock then this is the dish for you (with the send and everything). I did not have the strength to complain again. It was above me. Totally above me. O.K. I will go back to the service... After we got the check two of us wanted to pay by credit card that should
be charge differently.
The manager came and his voice that was grumpier then his face as he said: "Could none of you tell the lady the meaning of the bills??????" He was asked why is it that we got a bad attitude from the first moment we came in. His response was to show us his back and going away. Price? What the hell does it matter??? I will get falafel for less and I will enjoy much more! My conclusion is: Next time I will have to chose between walking
on burning coal, laying on bad of nails, or eating at Il Pazzo, I will
just go to another restaurant (or for the falafel). Why should I suffer??
