The Day Job: An Assistant Activity Director for a retirement home in LA designing and administering therapeutic activities for those who suffer from alzheimers and dementia. I also volunteer for the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual Organization spreading peaceful vibrations throughout the world through the power of yoga.
Role in DK: Gwen is the counselor. I go to her whenever something is totally weighing me down. She'll listen to anything you have to say. Also you are guaranteed that you get nothing but honesty from her. At the same time, she can be the biggest airhead - but always in a good way. - Kage
Gwen's the psycho. She has this psychic aura around her (not to mention the voices in her head). It makes you want to go "AUMMMMMM..." She would be the most spiritual one. You can tell by her aura. You won't hear any psycho babble from her though. - Cookie
Gwen, the mystic shrink (which is probably why none of us is really psychologically sound),she's a psycho. She supplies us with useful as much as useless advice. - Jen
She's the comic relief. Gwendo-vendo. - Liz Dream Dance Gig: To dance with Janet Jackson or Ricky Martin at one of their concerts or better... one of their videos Favorite (danceable) song: I guess my favorite danceable song would be that song we danced to about 100 times? (Show Me Love by Robyn) The only reason being because it was the last dance we danced together. I never really liked the song, but because it brings back a good memory, I've learned to like it. Tunes into: R & B and meditative soothing music. Jazz is good too. Actually, I like anything from classical and quiet songs to noisy Techno or Alternative. It all depends on the mood I'm in. Turns the pages of: "The Celestine Prophecy" and "The Witching Hour" Balances work and dancing by: I don't dance anymore over here in LA, but I do remember when I was dancing with DK, heading CADS, and going to school. It never really was hard because dancing was a treat. I loved to do it. And when you love something, you always find time for it. School was ALMOST secondary to dancing. I think I must have danced more hours in the day than I did studying or sleeping.
Would really be: I'd be dancing and/or working as a photographer and writer for the discovery channel or National geographic. Loves to: Meditate(or do yoga), read, and volunteer my services in enriching the spiritual lives of other people here in LA. I'll actually be helping out in starting a yoga class for kids soon. It's been proven to make them more patient and focused thereby making them excel in school. Is happiest when: I'm with people I like... doesn't matter where I am or what we're doing.
