Poem II

Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth.

(1 John 3:18)

"Laughter is the shortest distance between two people." Victor Borge

Why do you have to be a babbling-dork
just to acquire beauty?
Why does society-say-souls must-meet
first between a laugh?

First, to share truth and probably-pain
Second, to share-some-sunny laughter
Third, to share time and experiences
Fourth, to share a warm embrace

Now, I'm only speaking about friendship
But, just now, I saw a relationship forming
Not even following the way love should be
Now, I feel hate, I feel hardened

Although, I never give myself
I'm erupting like a volcano
Raging hatred that absolutely
No one knows, what they think they have

They have the American-Amor
Love made in the misused-U.S.A.
I wish that hatred would just ignore
That lost-love they're forming, everyday

Poem IV

Brothers, stop thinking like children.
In regard to evil be infants,
but in your thinking be adults.

(1 Corinthians 14:20)

©I am of Each, You're in Between

So you have met me.
Doesn't really mean
You understand me.
What you see is a shell
Of something shut.
Because we're no longer children,
Who play.
And we're not yet adults,
Who communicate.
I am of each,
You're in between.

Know not what you see.
Something really mean
Is all that you see.
What can you tell
Of something cut,
Who has lived but never been?
Today,
You sit and hide your faults
For too late of date.
Hearts never reach,
To what is seen.

Adam the Unseen

Poem X

As water reflects a face,
so a man's heart reflects the man.

(Proverbs 27:19)

©It's Reflective

Is there any room
For the shining moon?
It's reflective
Hides beneath a dune
Die before I live

Is there any place
For some misplaced face?
It's reflective
Hides ASH in a vase
Die before I live

Death is all done
Followed the sun
to somewhere
dark and dank
Never despair
head-steel shank
Die before I live

Is there any home
For a Complete Unknown
It's reflective
Hides beneath a phone
Die before I live

Is there any sun
For someone who knows none?
It's reflective
Hides beneath a gun
Die before I live

Poem XI

The sun and moon will be darkened,
and the stars no longer shine.

(Joel 3:15)

©Try to Understand the Sky

My sun
is
undone

My moon
left
too soon

My star
fell
too far

My planet
un-
derstand it:
"Did
not plan it!"

the Simplicity of the Moon
the Dullness of the Sun
the Closeness of the Planet

Poem XII

And our hope for you is firm,
because we know that just as you share in our sufferings,
so also you share in our comfort.

(2 Corinthians 1:7)

©Want Something to Talk About?

Undergo
Pain to grow
Undergo
Pain to know
Then we'll have something to talk about
