metal licks, major seventh chord funk rhythms, wah-wah fills, minor
aeolian triplet runs, hammer-ons, pull-offs, octave bends, power chords,
fifth-position pentatonics, finger slides, whammy vibrettos, passing
chromatics, and barre chords. Charles Lift plays the guitar. He practices very hard
and is the man to call for meticulous detailing or heavy metal guitar
heroics. The All-Stars wouldn't be complete without some of that.
