I actually looked at this crap... actually its pretty good, stories are nice, pictures are all good, and the descriptions are all fairly accurate of the members. Much more than what I would have expected from any member of the All-Stars, Burt Schmartsky |

Conrad Kent - 05/16/00 02:00:32 My Email:cakent@cc.owu.edu | Comments: The first page is very interesting. It makes me think of some of the best of John Cage. This is a message for Kim Faler: your line is wonderful--"Christopher at tea time in the square rotunda of Christmas." |

Especially ones from the midwest. However, I do believe that being creative is better than sitting around drinking pop and jerking off. (which if you substitute beer for pop, you have what most twenty something college males do.) Nice site. Hope to meet the elusive Meadornack sometime. I bet he's a real bastard. |
Cheesus Christ - 04/16/00 16:51:59 My Email:ddines@bu.edu | Comments: Mmmmm, tasty. Goes great with Kraft Mayonaise and Wonder-Why-They-Eat-This Bread. Ralph would be proud. Cheesus wants to be an All-Star . . . where is my local recruiting office? |
HUXTABLE - 03/23/00 04:35:16 My Email:nerd@bu.edu | Comments: Highly impressive site. So many "non-musical" sounds remind me of music on a daily basis, and I too believe that people should be open to the possibilities of the hearing. |

Mark - 10/27/98 19:31:47 | Comments: The Meadornack sampler is a pleasure to hear! From the dawn of Edison's experimetns in recorded sound, to the discovery of magnetic tape, and into the digital age, I don't think I've ever heard a more transcendental collection of music. Am I hearing a com andment from the heavens, or pure idioddity? E-mail Donnie and get yourself a copy, right away! |
Poppie the Obscure - 08/23/98 05:51:15 My Email:sollars.8@osu.edu | Comments: Guz bi rishit! It is good to see the works of such fine, brave, upstanding young men be brought into the public eye. Not since the likes of Jim Neigbors have I seen such musical ingenuity. And although I've moved on to living life as a peasant girl in he urban jungle of Istanbul, I can still fondly reminisce about what it was like to be a part of the glorious cornucopia of humanity that was, and remains: Walt Meadornack and His All-Stars. And as this faint tear crawls its path down my tired, moonlit cheek, I recall the dying words of Sir Alec Guiness: "Tell them I said something profound..." |

Ryan Walsh - 06/29/98 05:12:59 My Email:factory@bu.edu | Comments: I've often been accosted by people - vagrants, hippies, adicts, and the like - to visit their piss poor web site and sign the guest book because their site is surely "my kind of thing." Well, 99% of these sites are been so badly designed that the only th ng I can write in the guest book is something like, "this site is another nail in the coffin of humanity - you are an utter fuck..." So it was a pleasure to randomly stumble upon Meadornack's Allstars' web page in a drunken stupor a fortnight ago. I've been practicing a daily visit to the site for weeks and I feel my life is all the better because of it! The allstars, who are clearl very very ill, have put together the clearest catalog of musical spewings that I've ever witnessed. Who would spend so much time presenting a description of sounds that no one will ever hear anyways? I'll tell you who - a crazy man. In conclusion let e just say this : if ability were bricks, the all stars would have a lot of bricks. Thank you. RYan "Surrender to the void - the choice is yours" |
