Ned Kerbowski
Ned doesn't come around much. Contributions of his mostly
include those of atmospherical and encouragemental nature. A bit of a
fringe character, Ned is a compulsive buyer of asian rugs and fine art.
Mechanic by day, Kerbowski is every small town's common man. No one would
suspect him of operating in cooperation with radicals like the All-Stars.
That is what makes him such a valuable weapon in the undermining of
popular culture as we know it. He is a virus sprung onto the unknowing
public, lying dormant until the time comes for the unleashing of
our sonic disease into the lives of every man, woman, and child.
