- Warning: This Album Contains...
- A fairly attentive, if not downright entertaining little
adventure into the imaginative world of Jim Henson and David
Bowie's puppet classic Labyrinth. Another work in the evolving
line of soundtrack pieces completed by the All-Stars, this one was recorded live
in one single take while the film was running. The tape was then cut into 23
seperate sections, identified by changes in mood and theme. The sounds run the Meadornack
spectrum, from eerily subtle to comically bizarre. A keyboard helps maintain
continuity and set moods, although sometimes the vocals end up
taking songs in the opposite direction. A little conflict never hurt anyone...
