Like I said I just LOVE the Native American culture! I do not know a whole lot about it, but I am learning! I have a few tapes of the music that I listen to and hopefully I will have some on here for you to enjoy.
They are a wonderful people and they are so beautiful and graceful in their dance. The clothing is very detailed and beyond compare. They are a people whose way of life was one of nature and reverance to it. Meaning what they took from the land they gave back to it! I have been to a few drummings and the feeling I got was one that cannot be explained in mere words!
Their whole way of life touches my soul so deeply that I feel as if I was one of them (well I guess sort of I am)! I have the honor of have 5 different tribal bloodlines coursing through my veins! I have drempt of my ansestors many times and I feel they are the ones who are guiding me through life. I wish I could learn more of "my people", but alas I came from a family whose minds are closed and do not see the beauty that I see and feel! That in itself makes my soul weep!
I will write more as I learn and grow, but for now here are a few pictures to enjoy.
