Hey, Emily here. Check out how lazy I am. I wanted to change my page again...no surprise. but I totally didn't feel like doing any real work... so here you go. nice and generic, just like everyone else's. Um, I'm in college, still. It's been forever. I'm about to graduate from Siena Heights with a General Studies Bachelor degree. Then in the Fall (2004) I will start going to Spring Arbor Univ to study broadcasting and film. That should take about another two years and I'll have another Bachelor's. Peachy. Nov. 15th, 2004 Here am i ensconced in my first full-time semester in about two years (probably longer) at Spring Arbor. I'm studying radio broadcasting and so far all is going very well. i live on campus (Go K-9) and have 4 great housemates! I've met tons of cool people and am presently working two campus jobs to pay for my car. Aug. 1, 2005 Is it really August? Crap. Time for an update, right? Well, I'm now engaged to my best friend ever, Dave! That was a wonderful Christmas surprise that I will never forget! :) So now I'm deeply involved with wedding planning for next summer as well as working at PowerPraiseFM at Spring Arbor Univ. which is really fun! I'm also doing an internship this summer with 96.7 FLR which is a really great learning experience. Although I'm pretty busy, it's with really cool things :) School starts back up in 1 month and i'm looking forward to seeing everyone, but not looking forward to classes. I believe this year's schedule will be monumentally tough so I'm praying to get through it right now. well I think that's just about enough as far as updates go. I love Walken. He's crazy. He's becoming more and more of a doddering old man in each interview and movie I see him in now. But he still cracks me up. "I've got a FEVER! ~ And the only cure.... is MORE COWBELL!" Sometimes I can do a killer impersonation of Jay Mohr doing an impersonation of Walken. "Skittles. ~ No one will KNOW!" I also love music (Phish, Ani DiFranco, Tori Amos, Janis Joplin, Phantom Planet, the list will go on for days my friend.)  I like to read a lot. I love the X-Men. Have since the cheesy Fox cartoon in the 90s, well I liked them before that, but that solidified the love. Now I'm making an effort to read all the X-Men comics starting from the beginning. It's interesting to say the least. I'm also a fan of the collectible figurine game of HeroClix. Pretty cool, especially for NERDS like me. 6-23-04 Update Phish has officially broken up. I am sad. But I am also very excited to be going to see them for the last time tomorrow at Deer Creek in Indiana. Nice. I'm also playing the new video game City of Heroes. I have the following heroes in the Champion server: Resplendynt, Emperesse, and Morgan Spurlock (the guy from "SuperSizeMe"). Check it out, it's really fun even though I don't play video games. Nov. 15, 2004 there's not so much time for hobbies now that i'm constantly in class. but i have become addicted to the cult that is "livejournal" thatnks to my wonderful housemates. :) hmm...what else? the last phish show i saw in indiana was absolutely fantastic! they played antelope and simple and i was going crazy! i'm out of heroclix now... but it did last quite a while. still into coh on the weekends mostly. ok, well i guess that's enough for now! :)

ok, I'm the oldest of four kids. After me there's Val (one more year left at Alma to become a music teacher. Yay Val!) then Mark (just started LCC to do ... uh, something I guess) then Nolan (freshman in high school at Northwest - sucks to be you :).  Family lives in Jackson, MI (that's Michigan, NOT Mississippi) and so do I right now.  Dave is my best friend ever, also my boyfriend/soul mate/lovah! We've been together for three years so far. I've got lots of friends and they rock. This summer I will be in my friend Jenny's wedding :) that will be cool.
