The Nomadic Rift is probably the easiest of the dungeons to conquer, and it has the added advantage of being rich in information. There is also some treasure, and behind the toughest fight, there's a special treat.
Important stuff:
- (0,15): treadmill. +10 speed to all in your party. But there are leprechauns at (1,15) first.
- (14,2): Location of Dragon Lord(Winged Envoy of Evil) D1 (10,12).
- (3,0): Location of Queen Beetle(Crawling Envoy of Evil) E2 (11,6).
- (10,10): Location of Serpent King(Slithering Envoy of Evil) E3 (5,6).
- (8,12): Mist warrior is at (15,11) at Mist Haven, guarded by Dancing Sword.
- (6,3): Holey Moley and Slcik Pick are posing as monster targets at Dawn's.
- (4,4):Fluxer, Radicon, Todilor, and Capitor are needed to form the orb.
- (2,12): Castle Xabran is at C2 (14,8) in the 8th century.
- (4,8) (4,6): treasure. Some other places too.
Things to note:
- The Winged, Slithering, and Crawling envoys of evil are needed to complete the quest of Lord Slayer at Hillside Castle(+1000000 experience.) Note that the Crawling Envoy is just one square north of the Nomadic Rift!
- The Leprechauns aren't so tough if you've got great speed, but they may drain your gems. I'd advise having someone with a Ray Gun(lightning bolt) who can zap these pesky opponents. Also, you may want to bring along a cheap hireling, give them most of your gems, and disband them before facing the leprechauns.
- Most of the items are worthless, but the information is priceless, and this dungeon will help build your confidence.
