The Art of Charles Lee
April 14, 1926 - May 10, 2003

The painting of Yel-Ha-Yah (the Rev. Charles Lee) is majestic, captivating, esoteric, and humorous-- it has as many moods as a desert landscape. This website is dedicated to showcasing examples of this noted Southwestern artist, whose art hangs in places ranging from living rooms to the Smithsonian Institute. Come inside the Gallery for a visit, and see Navajo land as he saw it.

Our dad went home to be with the Lord in May 2003, after many years of faithful service. This website is dedicated to his memory, and his memorable art.

UPDATE (3/04/2009): Several new images have been added, and the entire gallery has been enhanced with thumbnail images.
