Morning Prayer

My dear, sweet Jesus, my beautiful Savior
Forgive me of my sins and be one in my behavior
Guide me this day to do as you please
I will praise your name as the rocks and the trees
Thank you my Lord for giving me life
And thank you for all that I've learned from your light
Give me no more than what I have earned
And help me to treasure the things that I've learned
Grant me serenity and peace in this place
As I look to the day that we meet face to face
I present my heart and my soul to you
For you to use as I know you will do
I pray that your love be known to all men
And all these things I ask in your name, amen.
