My Bubba

You're there when I need you,
You care when I need you to.
You comfort me in the weather,
And say it will be okay.
But most of all you care for me,
And best of all you love me,
And so I can easily say,
That's why I call you my Bubba.

You're there to protect me,
And you're the greatest guy I'll ever see.
You're there when I need a friend,
And I know you'll be with me 'till the end.
So it's always safe to say,
That's why I call you my Bubba.

So even though you're far away,
And I miss you oh so much,
You'll still be with me when you can,
And we'll always keep in touch.
So when I'm feeling down and out
I'll simply think of you,
Because I know you love me,
Just as I love you.
So these are the reasons why,
I'll always call you my Bubba.
