There is this shadow.. I am never alone
It tells me things..I'd rather not know

It hide's in my mind my memories and soul,
It comes to me ..when I think I'm alone

It's been here forever I think I will hide
but there's nowhere now..the shadow can't find

It found me then..as a little child
I guess it will just have to stay for awhile

I ran to the forest..solitude I did find
If only I could stay here..It's just in my mind
