Truth to the matter is . . . I don't like commissions. But if the request is intriqueing I've been known to accept the challange.

Problems with commissions:

Clients expect too much

Clients are always convinced that the work is not at all like the samples they saw

Clients are always convinced that the price is too high

Clients always request that the colors in the painting match the fabric of their sofa

Clients always think that somethin' ain't right only they don't know what . . . and want it fixed right away

Clients are always convinced they could do much better job

Here is my rule ( I only have one):

I   c a l l   t h e   s h o t s

. . . and you get to pay for my privelege. Period. No if's, and's and but's.

By the way - my favorite style for commissions is minimalism. After all you've seen on my home page. Imagine that!
