This is a collection of poems written throughout 1997, with
A few written in 1996, although I really have lost track of
When some were exactly written.
They don't necessarily fit together, but I find a few
themes running through them....
Hope, bitterness, anger, love, hurt, deep feeling...to name a
Few...
I hope someone may enjoy them, since they come out of many
Different feelings and because to me, good poetry comes out
Of feeling...striking a cord of 'hey-i feel that too!'
In someone else...a way for them to feel their own life
Through someone else's written words.
If I have accomplished that in the least bit, I am thrilled.
If not, well, at least they mean something to me!

These words are all about life, people, feelings....
me, others, conscious, subconscious.  
Sometimes they are about no one, or everyone, or someone.  
In other words, if you are reading this and you know me, 
Don't feel like I'm targeting you.
Just take them for what they are...words, written down on paper
To get out complex emotions that were running through my head.

A kind of therapy, if you will....
