Birth beyond recognition

death beyond cognition

today.

Balance

ever changing

always distant

impossible.

While bouncing

between extremes

I pass over balance,

where by nature

I can not stand.

I must dance around it

confused all the while.

Seeking a solid

definition

in a fluid concept.

Youth.

Resolve looms

in advancing years
