About Myself

Hello, my name is Rachel Green and this is my homepage. I am 31 years old, and have a Master of Fine Arts in Theater from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. I specialize in Costume Design and construction. I also earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Arkansas Tech University several years ago. And that picture of me is VERY old, but hey, that's the way I'll always imagine I look, ok? I enjoy drawing, painting and sculpting, writing poetry, writing fiction, making jewelry and sewing. I am a mother of two beautiful little girls, ages eight and five (seen below as a tiger and a monkey). My husband has a BA in Fine Arts. He's a sculptor, among other things (like making little sticks out of big sticks). No, he doesn't work in a toothpick factory, he works with wood, otherwise known as a carpenter. I am hoping to eventually open my own art gallery/seamstress business. I love to sew wedding dresses and fanciful creative things of that sort.

I come from a pretty large family. I have three brothers and three sisters and a parent of each sex, totaling nine including me. But then, you know how people get married and have kids. Well, our family has grown significantly and I am beginning to lose count.Want to see my clan?

I like to read to my children. I am a connoisseur of children's books, my favorites being J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter books.
