Complexion Remedies
Pour 1 1/4 cups boiling water over the herb of your choice. Use 3-4 tbsp. fresh herb or 1 tsp. of dried herb. Use a chinaware or earthenware container. Steep 30 minutes and strain. Bottle the mixture in a screw top container and refrigerate. This keeps about a week. Use cold. This tonic has many beneificial effects, depending on the herb used. Use this twice weekly to get the best effects. You should notice a difference on the first application.

Fennel - Use leaves AND seeds to clear up spots.
Lemon Balm - Smooths wrinkles
Any Mint - All are great astringents
Rosemary - Tightens sagging skin
