T or F Every American has the right to keep and bear arms.  We affirm our support for the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. 3.  T or F Each state budget item should be derived based upon the justification for and the needs of each program, with no program being either budgeted for or increased automatically. 4.  T or F While recognizing the harm that drug abuse causes society, we also recognize that government drug policy has been ineffective and has led to frightening abuses of the Bill of Rights, which could affect the freedom of every American.  We should, therefore, support alternatives to the War on Durgs. 5.  T or F The US Government should inhibit neither the exportation of goods and services worldwide, nor the importation of goods and services. 6.  T or F    The United States should not be answerable to any governing body outside the United States for its trade policy.  7.  T or F Candidates financed by the wealthy and corporate PAC's have their legislative agenda influenced by their major contributors.

My message to the voters:   We cannot rely on government to solve our education and drug problems. It takes initiative from our citizens - volunteering to strengthen our local families and community support networks.  We cannot legislate honesty, morality and a respect for life and property.  We must teach these values by example.     Vote Joseph Oddo - VA Delegate

Joseph Oddo is a freelance writer and sales broker specializing in e-Commerce marketing.  He graduated from Penn State Harrisburg with a Public Policy degree in 1984.  He minored in International Affairs and Political Campaigns.       This is his third attempt at a State House position - 1984 in Western Pennsylvania; 1991 in  Northern Virginia.      Oddo is a member of the Centreville Community Church.  He and Margie performed foster parenting before the birth of their second child last December.  They have been married 5 years.
