Gran Turismo 4: *** (6, 5, 5) I often enjoy driving games. This is better than the previous Gran Turismo I played in the depth of view, but then near max speed, I still don't seem to be able to see far enough ahead. It's probably the lack of resolution on a TV screen though. I got a steering wheel for this game, which made the game a whole lot harder, but made it interesting in a way. The steering and feedback on the wheel feel pretty good, although I still have trouble with the pedals. Some of the new courses are insane with weaving through narrow, walled roads. Adds some interesting color to the game. Snow and rain is interesting as well, making even a simple course much more difficult.

Okami: *** (8, 7, 9) An enjoyable game with fun graphics. The gesture-based system is amusing...perhaps more will be possible in the future. The game had a good variation in story, although I assume it is hard to come up with really great storylines nowanddays. It's hard to relate to a wolf...that's all.

Soul Calibur 3: *** (6, 5, 7) I always did like sword games, although this is much of the same. There are some new aspects to the game in the challenges, and I enjoyed being able to design a character. The customization is quite nice in fact. Too bad customization isn't like that for other console games.

Devil May Cry 2: *** (5,5,4) So this one seemed really too easy...which unfortunately makes the game less interesting. Controls and graphics were similar to the first, so ok at least.

Devil May Cry 1: *** (6,5,6) Unfortunately I played this one next...it was significantly easier, but I got used to the other controls and didn't like that I couldn't rearrange the buttons...oh well. Still good though.

Devil May Cry 3: *** (6,7,7) So, I played the last one first it turns out. I enjoyed the bosses and noticed that the bosses have both melee and range strategies that work...quite challenging initially, so it was definitely fun to beat. I went through most the game with the same strategy though, so maybe it would have been nice if my setup didn't always work...I also like the different methods of control (default no lock target, direction selected, target locked) which makes the game playable in different situations. Well I know that some games really show the limits of their interface in special situations, but even with the variety of situations, the controls have default characteristics that are useful.

Final Fantasy X2: **** (6,5,6) Well, the sequel wasn't as good as the original, but I guess developing three of the characters is okay. I did like the concept of materializing an emotion such that it simply perpetuates. Skills, and design are straight forward...how else would one have a variety of jobs but only 3 main characters? Something different.

Guitaroo Man: *** (5,5,6) Hehe, this game was fun for whatever reason. Music rhythm game...simple and challenging.

Aqua-aqua: ** (4,4,6) Just for kicks. Well, it is different at least. The views and controls make the game more challenging, which well I guess you can't help sometimes. Well, it's always fun to make structures and whatever as you play. It's also not so random so you can do planning and more strategy as well...unlike many puzzle games.

Lord of the Rings the Two Towers: *** (5,4,5) Unfortunately the game wasn't two players, but it so looked like it was made to be. The views and directions are a little awkward for controls, but overall a decent game. The advanced skills are helpful, so gameplay is kept interesting. Well, it's not like a game where any single strategy easily kills all.

NBA Street: *** (5,6,6) Well, this is the usual basketball. Many interesting variations on what to do with moves and such. Some variations in rule sets as well, extra challenges...more interesting in that way.

Final Fantasy X: *** (7,5,6) I enjoyed the storyline of the final fantasy, as well as the graphics. The grid for the character design was quite unique.

Ratchet and Clank: *** (6,5,7) Well, I found this game adequately challenging, and the bonuses actually amusing. The level design was interesting as well. The game came with the PS2, so well I had to play it heh.
