Harmony:Ha, Ha. I won. I told you. You don't beat me.

Meanwhile a familiar face stands in the darkness. (shows Colossus knocking at the door) It has been months since Colossus left the X- Men. To sort out his life.

Colossus: (thinks) I can not stand out here forever. I will find another way in.

Meanwhile back in the war room the teenagers continue their game, unaware they had company. Suddenly Cerebro beeped...

Cerebro: Intruder in Sector 4. Male. Processing Identity.

The girls jump up and Harmony heads for the door. Sonic stops her saying...

Sonic: Wait! Cerebro, All security cameras from Sector 4, on screen.

Harmony: Alright. Now you've seen him. Let's go get him.

Again Sonic stops her.

Sonic: Jessi, hold on. We don't know if he is to be considered a threat yet.

Harmony: But if we wait for Cerebro to process his identity, and he is a threat, he will have already trashed upstairs and us. Come on!

She rushes out the door, followed by the reluctant Sonic. They get upstairs and listen. Harmony walks forward and gets right at a corner. She whispers...

Harmony: I can hear him coming. At the count of three we'll jump out. We'll fight if he starts it. (thinks) But if he is as big as he sounds, we'll be in trouble.

Harmony: One...Two...THREE!

The girls jump out to a startled Colossus. He jumps back saying...

Colossus: Who are you? Where are the X-Men?

Harmony: Well, I might tell you that's none of your business. But I'd rather just say...get out.

(Colossus looks very surprised)

Colossus: I will not leave until I have answers. And I will find out where the X-Men are, even if I have to hurt you.

Colossus armors up and throws a punch at Harmony, which she doges. She then rushes behind Colossus saying...

Harmony: Sonic, don't you have anything to deal with metal?

Sonic ducks another punch and quips...

Sonic: Of course not. Don't you think I would have already used it if I did?

Colossus turns around now aware that he will have little threat from Sonic. He grabs Harmony and is about to do some damage when she opens her mouth and starts to sing. (See notes) Peter tries very hard, but soon the song takes its toll and Colossus falls asleep. Harmony looks down at him. She smiles at Sonic...

Harmony: Mission accomplished.

Sonic: Yeah, but how are we gonna get him out of here? I mean he's so big!

Harmony: So it'll take some work. So what. We are now officially X-Girls!

They get on either side of Peter and lift.

Harmony: Man! This guy eats his Wheaties!

Hours later....

Colossus is sleeping in one of the chairs of the war room. Suddenly he wakes up.

Colossus: Huh? Where am I? Oh, I remember. Have to get out before...

Looks up and sees Harmony and Sonic standing in the doorway.

Sonic: Look, I know that about now you'll be wanting to do us some serious damage, but please stay seated and....

Harmony: And I won't have to strain my voice again.

Colossus looks around, uneasy and says...

Colossus: Fine. But I would like to know why you are in this house.

Harmony: And we want to know want you wanted the X-.........

Suddenly Cerebro beeped in and said...

Cerebro: Professor Xavier and the X-Men have returned.

Sonic: Great, now we can straighten out this mess. Cerebro, when the professor enters alert him of our whereabouts, and that we have an intruder.

Moments later a startled Professor X and the X-Men rush down to see the "intruder".

They look into the room and see...

Everyone: Peter?

Sonic and Harmony turn around and say...

S/H: Huh? (thinks) uh oh!

Sonic: You know him?

Professor: Yes. Colossus was on a leave of absence* when you two arrived. (U.X-Men 315 - All Answers Abby)

Both girls blush at their mistake. Then Storm turns to the girls and asks...

Storm: Just what happened tonight?

Harmony: Well, we were playing cards when Cerebro went off and said there was an intruder. We figured that by the time Cerebro identified him the place would be trashed, if he were a threat.

Sonic: So we charged.

She and Harmony turn around to Peter. He has a stern look on his face. She says...

Sonic: We're sorry Mr. Colossus. But you put up one good fight.

Colossus: (he smiles) Apology accepted. And I just had the best nap in ages.

Harmony blushes. She thinks...

Harmony: (thinks) Gee, he's kinda handsome when he's not the enemy.

The professor smiles at her and says...

Professor: Peter, I would like you to meet the X-Men's newest arrivals, Jessi Wood a.k.a. Harmony (Harmony bows) whose mutant ability is to create... "reactions" to her songs.

Colossus: I saw.

Harmony blushes even deeper, clearly embarrassed.

Professor: ....And this is Hannah Ramesy a.k.a. Sonic for her ability to control heat, light, television, and sonic waves.

Sonic: Pleased to make your acquaintance.

The professor looks at them strangely. He then says to Colossus.

Professor: Sorry for such a rude welcome home, but you can find your room and then get to join these charming ladies in a Danger room session.

As Peter heads upstairs, the Professor draws the two girls aside and says...

Professor: How may I ask was it you were able to knock unconscious an armored, trained X-Man?

Harmony: I hit a C sharp. He was out cold.

Professor: Well that is a talent you have no record of having. But I still have not worked out either of your true abilities. Well get along ladies, I want you in that room in fifteen minutes.

The girls walk off and start to talk on the way back to their rooms.

Harmony: You know I think the Professor's getting a sense of humor.

Sonic: Yeah, scary.

The girls giggle and proceed down the hall.

Five minutes later....

Shows Harmony giving a robot a karate kick and Sonic is in the air dodging some lasers.

Suddenly the room shuts down...

Sonic: Hey, what?

Harmony: Metal man's here. Reset room.

(Colossus enters and the room starts up again)

It is said that actions speak louder than words and that is certainly true in the Danger Room, as the daily "mutant versus machine" war rages on.

(While this is being said, shows pictures of all three and their separate obstacles.)

Harmony flips away from her robot and loses her balance. Is about to fall into a pit.

Harmony: Whoa!

(Sonic zooms down to grab her)

Sonic: Hold on. I got you.

Harmony: I didn't think you could carry someone.

Sonic:(straining) I can't get high enough to get away from the robot.

Harmony: Drop me.

Sonic: Are you nuts!

Harmony: Just DROP ME!!

(Sonic drops her.)

But...

(Harmony hits the ground and doesn't get up. The robot approaches.)

Sonic: Jessi! Oh, lord the robot. Colossus, you gotta get to her first.

Colossus leaps forward and the robot closes in for the kill.

Suddenly...

(The robot is right over her. Suddenly Harmony sits up and sends a kick at the robot.)

Harmony: Strike one!

(Jessi flips away from the robot.) Sonic was truly frightened then. She means to pay the robot back. A heat wave shakes it.

Harmony: Strike two!

(Colossus then gives the robot a judo throw into a wall. It is smashed.)

Harmony: Strike three! You're out.

(Sonic and Harmony high five)

Sonic: Alright! (She hugs her.) But don't ever do that again.

Harmony: Why? It worked didn't it?

Sonic: Room shutdown. (to Harmony) You crazy......had me scared to death.....

They exit, leaving Colossus to think of the transformation he had seen, from two amateur X-Girls to the relaxed teens that just left the room.

(He laughs. And then he walks out.)

Later...

(Hannah and Jessi are sitting on Hannah's bed munching snacks and reading comics. Jessi sits up and rushes over to a chair. She lifts up the cushion and pulls out a notebook.)

Hannah: (groans) Not the slam book.

Jessi smiled.

Jessi: No, really. What do you think of metal man?

Hannah considered this for a moment.

Hannah: Well, I think he must have been one heck of an X-Man. Why he left, I'll never know.

Jessi: Good point. But he was no match for the vocal might of....(Jessi hops off bed and flexes imaginary muscles) Harmony!

Hannah: (giggling) Get back over here you glory hog.

(Jessi sat back on the bed and grabbed some chips.)

Hannah: You like him, don't you?

(Jessi hacked on her chips.)

Jessi: What?!

Hannah:You know what I'm talking about. When he embarrassed you, you blushed beet red. And when you like someone you start acting goofy. And today you have defiantly been goofy.

Jessi: Well......maybe a little.

Suddenly there was a crash from downstairs.

(Jessi and Hannah sit up.)

Jessi: What the....?!

Hannah: It came from the sitting room.

Minutes later.....

(Both girls rush down in costume.)

They are stopped dead in their tracks. Before them is the largest, most powerful man they'd ever seen. Before them was.....

Harmony: The Juggernaut! I read all of his file on Cerebro. He's unstoppable!

(Juggernaut laughed and walked towards the stairs.)

Juggernaut: That's right girly. But I'm after the big boys. So if you trainees tell me where they are, I'll let ya live ta tell the tale.

Hot anger flashes across Hannah's face.

(She shoots out her hands and yells.)

Sonic: Oh ya, pal! Well we didn't make the X-Men for nothing!

A sonic blast

(The Juggernaut is thrown against the far wall. He gets up smiling.)

Juggernaut: Well, well. The peanut gallery's got some hard hitters huh? Well, that just means I'll have ta kill ya all!

(Harmony flips over his head)

Harmony: Peanut gallery! Well, I never! Sonic, have you ever been so insulted.

(Sonic slams him again)

Sonic: Oh no, my dear Harmony. Never in all my years.

(Juggernaut jumps forward for Sonic, but she flies skyward. Harmony sings a note.)

The Juggernaut is not impressed.

(He lunges for Harmony and grabs her around the neck.)

Juggernaut: Not bad skirt. But your powers don't work on me. I'm not a mutant. My powers are magical. And them Cerebro files don't even begin to explain the punch I pack. Man, I can snap your little neck with one fist.

(Sonic dives down.)

Sonic: Hey Juggy! Wanna try your luck with me?

The ploy works and the Juggernaut turns around ready to face another challenge. He soon learns the severity of his mistake.

(The Juggernaut is blinded by a blast to the eyes. He yells in pain. He also drops Harmony. She is unconscious.)

Sonic:(thinks) That light blast made him drop Jessi. But how long will it last? And what will I do when it wears off? Jessi's out, so she can't help me.

(Juggernaut shook his head and looked angrily up at Sonic.)

She looks down in horror, only to realize her time to think has now run out!

Juggernaut: That's it! You're come'n down firefly! And you don't have your X-buddies to save your but this time.

But that is not to be the case.

Voice from behind: Well, well......

(Juggernaut whips around to see Rogue talking and the entire gold team with her.)

Rogue: Why on earth would you start the party without us?!

Juggernaut: Alright, the Professor sent me more mutants to mangle.

(Storm fires a lightning bolt.)

Storm: You will harm no others today beast! Colossus, remove Harmony from the battle. All others attack eh mass.

Colossus: (thinks) No. First Illyana, now this. If the child is dead I will never forgive myself.

(As the others rush towards the Juggernaut, Colossus heads towards the fallen Harmony. She is still unconscious. He scoops her up and rushes over to the next room. He puts her down and heads back to the fight. A minute later, Harmony wakes up and starts to crawl towards door.)

(Shows all of team against Juggy. He spots Colossus coming in.)

Juggernaut: Hey tin man! You were supposed to stay gone.

(He punches Peter and sends him flying at the wall.)

Juggernaut: I sure hope you're recyclable cause I hate leaving a mess.

(Harmony has reached the door just in time to asses the situation.)

Harmony: (thinks) No! please Lord give me strength!

(She sings a high note. Juggernaut looks over.)

Juggernaut: So you're the one slowing me down? Well..... watch.... out..... skirt! Hey........ what's...!

(The Juggernaut stands frozen. Harmony has not stopped. And expression of pain is across her face and she is turning red.)

Sonic: Jessi, it's over! You can stop it!

(Harmony closes her eyes.)

Harmony: (mumbles) Thanks pal.

(She then collapsed.)

Storm: Goddess! Quickly, get her to the medilab.

Later....

(Shows everyone in the medilab. Jessi is in an infirmary bed. She has a cloth on her head. Hannah is sitting on the side of the bed.)

Hannah: So you just overspent your note, huh?

Jessi: (nodding) Yea, at least that's what the Prof says.

Hannah: You had me really worried for a minute there. I mean really freaked.

Jessi: Well I'm sooooooooo sorry. Like I could help blacking out.

(Hannah backed up as Peter came up.)

Jessi: So we did it, huh? Saved the mansion?

Peter: (nodding) Indeed, you did well.

Jessi: Really!? Cool! And sorry about that homecoming.

Peter: It is forgotten.

Jessi: So we can be friends?

Peter: I would have it no other way.

Jessi: (thinks) Beyond that big guy, who knows?

The Professor smiled as he caught that wayward thought and dismissed the group from the infirmary.

And as Jessi settled down into bed, with Hannah and Jean to watch her she thought.....)

Jessi: (thinks) Life as an X-Man may not be so bad after all.

And the lights went out as another day ended...........for the X-Men.
