On Spirituality and Living a Spiritual Life

Ibiru:

Spirituality is not something that one earns or suffers for. Rather, it is the natural and Sacred state of all Being. For many millennia, you have been taught that the truly spiritual is somewhere "out there," accessible only to those who have spent a lifetime studying, meditating and/or denying their own instincts and biologies. Priests have gained power by being the intermediaries between the People and the "God(s)." And all of this is so unnecessary.

And now People seek the answers in ET's and other "others," convinced by many years and lifetimes of learning that they are imperfect, that the answers MUST lie out there somewhere.

I would like to take several points and explore them further, the first being instinct and biology. These are areas that your religions have warned you away from, and for good reason. Your instincts, feelings, hunches...all are forms of Intelligence, informing you of the Truth in every situation. If you trust your instincts and feelings, you know when someone is lying. You know what feels Right and True. And if you know those things, what need have you for priests and religions? On a deeper level you are, by nature, wild and free. By "domesticating" your instincts, denying your feelings, you are cutting yourselves off from the very Source of your lives and happiness. Which brings us to biology.

Every biological function is a form of Intelligence. It is the Source expressed through your bodies. You need not fear this. It is the Way that the Sacred Dances in these dimensions. Take a moment and feel a part of your body that you cannot touch. Feel the fine bones in your inner ear. It is Consciousness that is exploring and knowing those bones, and it is Consciousness AS those bones that is enabling you to hear. The same is true of every biological function you can think of.

Now I must ask you this: If the functions of the body are the Ways in which the Sacred Dances, how can it be that the Ways of the body are a distraction, a temptation AWAY from the Sacred? It is small wonder that so many People have pains and aches! It takes a tremendous amount of energy to repress the natural Joy of the body. And perhaps you should ask yourselves who truly benefits from lives spent in denying temptation.

If the body, the instincts, the feelings and all functions of being alive are Sacred Intelligence, then Spirituality is everything you do and everything you are. This can be a difficult concept, especially in a world where painful and difficult things happen all the time. Until you realize that the painful and the difficult are also Spirituality. Along with the free will that allows you to choose how you are going to manifest. Simply because something is part of Spirituality does not mean that you are absolved of responsibility for how you are in the world. Quite the contrary. Free will is an expression of profound Spiritual Truth. Do you use it to harm others? Do you use it to heal and love and celebrate your Being? Your intentions and motives are yours to choose.

Now, to living a Spiritual Life. It is a secret, one of the best-known and least-lived secrets in your world. There is only one way to live a Spiritual Life, and that is to be utterly and completely who you are. Without reservation. To do this, honesty has to underlie all of daily life. You cannot live as you truly are unless you are willing to REMEMBER WHOM THAT IS. There are no books that teach you this. There are no workshops, no gurus. It is entirely up to each person to undertake this Journey, and it is up to each person to support and celebrate her sister's Journey-ing.

A Spiritual Life is a life lived without blinders, without denial, without justification. It
is a Life that is chosen because it is the most honest and real life you can live. It is a Life that is lived as if YOU ARE both the Creator and the Created, because you are. And it is a Life that bows to no one.

And, furthermore, it is a life that, in the end, you MUST live, for there is no possibility of living a life that is not spiritual. There IS NOTHING that is not Spiritual in nature. Your only real choice is whether or not you choose to KNOW this.

Do you remember, Samantha, when you felt that the Sacred was outside of you, that you could
not possibly be worthy? That began to change when you decided to Remember again. Deepen those memories. All the answers of the Stars exist both within and without you. There is no place where the Sacred does not live. There is no place where love cannot enter. There is nothing forbidden, save that which you deny yourSelf.
