After ULTERIOR LUX sort of disbanded...JEAN CHAINE started up another band of his own called SUNK IN THE FUNK: He has also been in JOHN KING ELECTRIC WORLD, DAVID MOSS DENSE BAND & played with many underground musicians such as: Rahsheed Ali, John Rose, Tom Cora, Gary Lucas etc...

Here is his latest release, a solo CD with known New York avant-jazz/improv artists. I haven't heard it yet. But I'm sure it is a great event!
