Tea pewter spoons, 4 scythes, a guantity of tobacco, 4 coffer pots, a swiall ?) quantity of cidar, 1 mug, 1 pitcher, 4 bociles (?), 1 oneg (?), criet (?) , one ox cart, 1 copper still, a par (?) casks and Hosgshead, 3 horses, 1 mule, 13 head of cattle, 14 head of hogs, 11 head of sheep.

Pursuant to two decreed Order of Caroline County Court hereunto answered we the assigned Commissioners have allotted Susannah Cleere her dower in the
lands of George Cleere ___ containing 100 1/3 with the large room in the new part of the house and the west end also her dower in the slaves in the said deceased, to wit: Joe, Nitty, Mariah. Her ___ and William we have divided the balance of the land belonging the said Dec'd among the other Plaintiffs and defendants, To John Bibb 75 2/3 acres 50 acres of which are to be held by deed valued at the time he received it. To Thomas Cleere 70 acres to John Cleere 53 acres to Martha Ann Chandler 36 acres. To Richard Cleere 40 acres to William Cleere 45 acres, to Lea George Cleere 30 acres. To John N. Whitlock 34 acres, To Robert P. Cleere 53 acres all of which will more fully appear by a place herewith returned. We have also made sale of the slaves the said Cleere (after allotting the widows Dower) on twelve months credit the bonds amounting $4101. are herewith returned. Certified under our hands this 9th November 1818.

This day came the parties by their counsel after the Bill answer and exhibits being filed and read it is thereupon ordered and decreed that Lewis George, Samuel Chiles William Anderson, Richard Goomes (?) and Samuel Coleman or any three of them be commissioners to lay off to the Plaintiff Susannah her dower in the land and land of the said George Cleere also to divide among the other Plts. The residue of the said George Cleere and offer fair division of the latter and be made the commissioners are authorized to sell upon a credit of twelve months taking bonds with approved security which said Bonds are to be assigned to the Plaintiffs according to their respective rights and make report in order to a final hearing.

Cleere and John Cleere respectfully represent that George Cleere their father died intestate leaving a tract of land containing __(no amount stated )__ acres that Mary Ann Chandler, Richard Cleere, and Lea Ann Cleere infants are also distributes of the land your petitioners wish an order for the division of the same, which cannot be done with out the aid of this Court your petitioners ask that the infants aforesaid may be dependents and _________ and that your petitioners may have the division asked for.

Thornton who has possified himself of the same your petitioners are anxious to have the same divided among them according to their Rights which cannot be done without the interference of this Court to the end therefore that your petitioner Susannah may have her dower allotted her and your other petitioners their respective rights may it please t/c The answer of James B. Thornton Sheriff of Caroline by Phillip Samuel to whom the estate of George Cleere was committed to the foregoing bill, he is willing for the Court to decree a division as prayed for.
