Detail of an Antique Crazy Quilt

This quilt was made by May Lizzie Hollinger from Henderson Ky in 1886. It's silk and velvet, 86" by 103". It's owned by the Standiford Art Collection and is displayed at Standiford Field, the airport for Louisville, KY. It's one of two crazy quilts in the main terminal in the hall past the restaurant.
