Crazy Quilt in Print
This is by no means a complete list. It is meant to serve as a guide to anyone looking for photos, information, and how-to articles about crazy quilting. Since a picture is worth 1000 words, I have included books and magazines which include photos of crazy quilts or crazy quilt objects even if there is no accompanying article. I find these photos informative and motivational. Many times they can be found in decorating magazines.
I would appreciate any help you can give in compiling this list. If you know of books or magazines which should be included, please send the information to dsmith@centuryinter.net
You might want to print this list out and take it to the library with you. Many of the books I found by leafing through all of the quilt and other likely looking books in three libraries. Information on others was sent to the CrazyQuilt mailing list. It would have been much easier to just look for the titles.
In the interest of brevity (and to save on typing) I have devised the following code.
CP = color photo
P = black and white photo
CQ = most or all of the book is devoted to crazy quilting
HT = how-to article
A = informative article
R = the book was reviewed in the CrazyQuilt Book FAQ
(37) = The second set of parenthes holds the page numbers.

Samples:
(CP3, A) (37-39) This magazine contains three color photos and an informative article on pages 37 to 39.
(CQ, CPs, Ps, HT) This book is mostly about crazy quilting. It contains more photos than I wanted to count both color and black and white. It is a how-to book.
