CRAZYQUILT: Valentine Reds and St. Patrick Greens

I will take sign-ups until January 12, 1998.

Swap Details:

Packages are due to me by Friday, January 23, 1998. (It's no problem if you want to mail your swaps early, but please try to mail them no later than January 16th). I will swap them and send them back within a week.

PLEASE DO NOT mix reds and greens in one baggie. Each baggie should be either all red or all green. If you send me 3 red packets and 3 green packets, that's what you'll get back (3 red and 3 green). All shades from palest pink to darkest burgundy, or pale mint green to hunter is fine.

Also, you DO NOT have to follow the holiday theme, ie: heart or shamrock shaped buttons, etc. You can, but you don't have to.

Contents of EACH packet: (You can send from one to 12 packets, they DO NOT have to be all the same)

**Fabric: One 12 inch square of fabric in Reds (or Greens). You may exchange any "fancy" fabric (in red or green) including: velvet, velveteen, silk, satin, linen, brocade, lame`, etc. (if you have any info about the fabric please include it) The 12 inch square of fabric does NOT have to be all in one piece, it can be in several pieces/colors/types of fabric, just please be sure they're big enough to be useable. Either solids or prints are fine.

Mailing Instructions: (International swappers e-me and we'll work out something)...

**Put all packets in a large ziploc storage baggie, labeled with your name and address and E-MAIL ADDRESS..........

**Get two envelopes (I recommend the post offices' Priority Mail envelopes as they are free, and very strong, and you can send two pounds for $3.00) and address one to me (see below). Take the second envelope and put your address on it and put it in the envelope with the CQ packets. Do not seal the envelope. Take it to your post office and have them weigh it. Whatever the postage is that you put on the outside envelope, also put on the inside envelope, (In STAMPS) seal and mail to me... (Please note: If you cannot get the Priority mail envelopes, and have to use regular envelopes, remember that TOO BIG IS BETTER THAN TOO SMALL ! Too small envelopes will split open easily and then you will loose everything - it's not worth it to skimp on the envelopes.)

**On the outside of the outer envelope please write "CQ swap".....

**Mail your swaps so they REACH me by Friday, January 23rd....

**Mail to :
