Crazy Quilt Iridescent Swap

DEADLINE:
July 15, 1998 is the deadline for having your swap in my hand. Please mail early enough to make that date so I can do this swap in a timely manner.
CONTENTS for each baggie:
IRIDESCENT MATERIAL - Pick ONE of these choices:
(a) one piece of fabric cut 6"x 18" or 9"x12"
OR
(b) two pieces of fabric cut 6"x 9"
OR
(c) three pieces of fabric cut 6" x 6"
Please no pieces narrower than 6 inches.
Please label this fabric:
(a) new or recycled
(b) washed or unwashed
(c) fiber content, if known (i.e., rayon, silk, polyester, etc.)
Along with the material, pick ONE of the following to include in your baggie. If you can't find iridescent goodies then have them coordinate with the fabric you choose.
THREAD: Two yards of of iridescent thread. If you wish, this can be divided into one yard of one color and one yard of a different color. Please wrap this thread around some cardboard.
RIBBON: Two yards of narrow (up to one-half inch wide) or one yard wide (larger than one-half inch wide) iridescent ribbon.
BEADS: Two dozen iridescent seed beads, or one dozen bugle-sized or two large iridescent beads (over one-half inch).
To keep this simple these are the only types of goodies to be sent in this swap. No lace, motifs, or other embellishments required.
You may substitue One Thread and One Ribbon Combination (i.e., one yard thread and one yard ribbon)
You can send up to 15 baggies. Each baggie must contain the fabric(s) and one goodie in it.
MAILING:
(a) Put your name and address on/in each baggie you prepare.
(b) Put all your little baggies into one larger baggie with my name and
address on it. Write on the larger baggie the number of smaller baggies
enclosed.
(c) Label a Priority Mail envelope (available free at the post office) with
your name and address and add $3 stamp. Label another Priority Mail envelope
with my name and address and add $3 stamp. This Priority Mail envelope is
very strong and is allowed up to two pounds of material.
(d) Take the one large baggie (containing all your little baggies) and the
stamped envelope with your name and address on it and put into the envelope
with my name and address on it.
(e) Mail your envelope in enough time to reach me by July 15.
ANOTHER OPTION:
(a) Put your name and address on/in each baggie you prepare.
(b) Put all your little baggies into one larger baggie with my name and
address on it. Write on the larger baggie the number of smaller baggies
enclosed.
(c) Put your name and address on a large mailing envelope (preferably the
strong tyvek-type) and insert this self-addressed return envelope with your
large baggie into another large mailing envelope (preferably the strong tyvek-
type) addressed to me.
(d) Go to the post office and have your package weighed. Put the same amount
of postage on the self-addressed return envelope inside and outside on the
envelope addressed to me .
(e) Mail your envelope in enough time to reach me by July 15.
INTERNATIONAL SWAPPERS:
If you are mailing from outside the US, please include YOUR RETURN ADDRESS and $5.00 US. Be sure your package is marked for customs as "used fabric" with a value less than $15.00.
