Crazy Quilt Sunflower Swap

The following are the guidelines for the Sunflower Swap. Anyone who wishes to join just e-mail me.
Each envelope must reach me by June 30th. Make a note to send it out by the 23rd to allow yourself the time needed.
Packages will be mailed back by July 10th.
You may send up to 15 baggies. Each baggie must have a slip of paper that has your name, address and email address. Place them in one LARGE baggie with my name and address on the outside (just in case your package gets opened).
POSTAGE: I suggest using the Priority Mail packages at the post office. I recommend the flexible paper ones. The paper ones hold more and are easier to stuff! Make sure you put the return postage on the envelope you address to yourself inside.
International Swappers: If you are mailing from outside the US, please include YOUR RETURN ADDRESS and $5.00 US. If you believe the return postage (for me) will be more than that--you can throw in an extra fat quarter of fabric and we'll call it even! Be sure your package is marked for customs as "used fabric" with a value less than $15.00.
BAGGY CONTENTS: Each baggie should have the equivalent of a 12x12 of fabric and 3 different embellishments. I dont' mind how you come up with your 12x12 just so long as it all coordinates with each other...
EMBELLISHMENTS:
Threads: 1 yard of thread or yarn. (No DMC floss).
Beads: 2-12 depending on size.. be fair.
Motifs: Machine embroidery, silk ribbon embroidery, crochet, or material with a transfer on it, etc.
Laces: If you send lace that is smaller than ½ inch, please make it be at least 7 inches long. Bigger lace, then 4 inches is fair.
Buttons: It doesn't matter what it's made out of as long as it's a nice quality and coordinates with the material. The size of a regular shirt button, then 6 is fair. Larger buttons, send your discretion for quantity.
Charms: 1-3 depending on size.
Ribbon: Silk or satin send 1 to 2 yards. Wide ribbon send 18".
Misc: Trims, cording, leather, conchos, sequins, etc...use your judgement.
