ORIENTAL SWAP II
The idea of an Oriental Swap is to trade fabrics, embellishments for creating CQ projects with an oriental influence. I would ask that this be kept strictly in mind when choosing the components for your packages.
If you previously indicated an interest in this swap you will need to notify me again -- I cannot guarantee that I saved all the names. After the sign-up deadline I will post a list of all those who have indicated an interest. I will also contact you privately to confirm that your sign-up has been received and give you my private mailing address.

MAILING INSTRUCTIONS:
Each person to send me 15 baggies of "kits" -- not all need be the same as long as they include the requirements of each category.
Put a slip of paper with YOUR name, mailing & email address inside each bag so the name shows. This is very important so that I do not send your own bag back to you.
Tape my name and address to the outside of the bag. Email me to get my address.
Get 2 mailers, about 10 x 13". Put your address on one and mine on the other. Be sure to include a return address on both. Put all your goodies in my mailer, including the return mailer. If you are mailing from the US get the tyvek envelopes from the US Post Office, put return postage on the self addressed return mailer. After the Swap has been done we will take the packages to the US for mailing. If you are mailing from inside Canada please enclose a similar amount for return postage plus $1.00. Any extra postage will be returned with your package. Other swappers (international) please contact us for mailing instructions.
DO NOT USE METERED POSTAGE ( US or Canadian) as the delay between receiving the packages and sending out the packages invalidates the date on the metered postage.
Mail my mailer. Email me at sgbetts@brunnet.net to let me know to expect it. The deadline to mail to me is September 30. Deadline for me to receive the packages is October 15.
Wait for your parcels to wend their way to you. Expected date for parcels to be put into return mail --- barring unforeseen incidents -- is October 23. Canadian and US will be mailed same weekend.
Hope this is clear to everyone. If there are any questions please let us know.
