One day, Paul Kolb sent me a photo of a bear's skull after he had gone a hunting trip... It was from the bear he got, sitting on a canoe or table or something like that...
So then I got this crazy idea and asked Paul for a photo of himself. He sent me this: (I didn't add the text, it was like that when he sent it)
So then I cleared away all the extra crap around the skull and made it a bit clearer, and did my best job to remove the text from the photo of Paul.
With that done, I put the bear's head on Paul's body. I blurred it some to to match the focal clarity of the original photo, and threw in a light source on both layers to unify the position the light was coming from and make it blend better... as much as a Satanic devil's head can look natural wearing a navy sweatshirt, at least. Then I added the text and the UFO.
(Don't ask about the UFO.)
If I ever get around to it, I'd like to make that skull be wearing a baseball cap like Paul is. Maybe someday when I have time.
