Thinking of You

I never imagined what your love could be.
I never realized what you could mean to me.
I never imagined this kind of love on earth.
I never realized how much you were worth.

When you smile, it seems like the planets align.
When you love me, my happiness lasts for all time.
When you smile, it seems like my sins are erased.
When you love me, my life stops being a waste.

I see you now, despite the miles.
When I see you again, I'll be perfect all the while.
I see you now, your face in my eyes.
When I see you again, there'll be love in the skies.

When I close my eyes, I see you before me.
I open them again, and the world is clear and free.
When I close my eyes, my arms are around you.
I open them again, and it still feels true.

I miss you, the feel of your skin.
I miss you, how you drew me in.
I miss you, holding you so close.
I miss you, and seeing you the most.
